As a courtesy to you, our staff will verify your insurance benefits prior to your first visit. If you are covered by a managed care plan, you may need prior authorization or a referral from your insurance company before beginning treatment. Patients who do not have insurance or other coverage for therapy, we offer a reasonably priced self-pay plan.
